AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Rent was raised almost 10% after a year of living here. Homeless people all around constantly and people screaming at night. Cops have been called out here several times recently for shootings. Fire alarm testing is absolutely ridiculous for hours on end multiple times a year. Loud neighbors all around. The amenities are a joke. The exercise room has 2 pieces of equipment. The hot tub doesn't bubble properly and is gross. The sun deck has gross chairs that never get cleaned off. Was told that... between hours of 8-8 managers can't do anything about neighbors blasting music... but what about for people working remote?? Leaky roof construction with no warning of noise and lasted for two working days straight.
