This building has been renovated in the last 3 years. This building comes with under the building gated parking and all spots are assigned and comes with your apartment. Most parking spaces also have storage locker in front of parking, some have bike... racks too and some have electric car chargers!
Building has two elevators, a camera system. a split sun deck, BBQ area, hot tub, heated pool, gym, lounge, two sauna's, two public restrooms, and 6 laundry rooms with in the building.
We are 3/4 mile to the 405 freeway, around 2 1/2 miles to UCLA and about 4 1/2 miles to the beach!

I found a true physical representation of the phrase, “Location, location, location!” You can get anywhere pretty quickly from my building… Once you get off Sunset Blvd, which can be intimidating, you’re on your way.
The building was updated like 4-5yrs ago, so it has a lot of amenities now and the pool is always clean. The BBQs are gas and there are like 5 of them, so there are often little gatherings. Laundry rooms open till 9pm and use a card that you can charge up at your convenience down by...
the office. I never lost any mail, but it does happen everywhere these days. You just have to be careful with your entry code and vigilant with your garage gate safety. Maintenance gets done pretty quickly after you submit a request down by the office. Big furniture wasn’t designed for apartment living. I had to take apart so much stuff to get it into the elevator, so leave your piano in storage. The managers are great and run a pretty tight ship.
I have friends that still live in the building and absolutely love it. Have fun.

Poor Management

Went to look at the open unit they had in this building, like the building and unit so I took an application and told them I'd like to take the unit. They told me they weren't showing the unit to anyone and I should drop the application off the next day. Then when I call them to find out when someone would be in the office for me to drop the application and a deposit off they tell me they rented the unit. I was then told that if i like it i should have given them a holding fee. Not once did they... mention this when I was there, I had my checkbook with me at the time and would have given them the full deposit on the spot. To try and make up for it they told me to come by and look at another unit only to get a call later saying they can't show that unit. At this point I had already put in to take time off work. Really poor management in this complex.

That is NOT what you were told! You were told 1st come 1st serve and I know this because I was the one telling you this. AND YES there was another apartment in the building that was vacant but we weren't showing for a particular reason but NOT the... apartment you looked at. You were simply confused and for you to make a comment on here that ISN'T true is wrong!

Your Perfect Westside Apartment

This is the perfect place to live if you love the ocean or if you work or play anywhere on the West-side of LA. It takes me 10 minutes to get to the stunning Santa Monica beaches and less than a half hour to reach the renowned Malibu Riviera! Each unit has been newly renovated including beautiful granite counter-tops in both the kitchen and bath, new appliances and a fireplace to boot. A pool and hot tub and laundry are also on premises. Underground gated parking cinches the deal. Located in an... upscale, well-maintained. well-lit neighborhood, this place is great for those who love a good run either day or night and is a half a block away from the delightful Brent-Air Country Mart, where you can find everything you could ever need on a lazy weekend, including Starbucks, a gas station, a phenomenal bakery, the Brent-Air Lounge, an upscale nail salon, fantastic hair salon, banks, yoga and bar classes, and high-end drugstore, a number of great eateries including more than one choice for gourmet italian food and the most reasonable and very best vegetarian food in LA at Lemonade. The USPO is another half block away and Brentwood Whole Foods is just 3 minutes away by car. Yes, this is place to live!
