Excellent Management

I’ve been living in a studio + den for over a year now. The management team is excellent and works very hard to make sure the work I submit is completed swiftly. I haven’t had problems living here. The building amenities are also all in excellent condition. I love using the recreation room, it’s a fun place to hang out with my friends. I don’t usually post a review but I felt like the building management team deserved recognition.

Awful management

Management really sucks. They basically just don’t work. Almost never reply back to any tenant’s emails and make mistakes on billing but careless about fixing it. Security is not there most of the time. One of a security just walks around the hallway talking on the phone. Food delivery people had trouble delivering my foods so many times because security was not available. Management/leasing agents just play around with their dog or hang out with each other in the leasing office when they should... have reply back to tenant’s freaking urgent emails. Please avoid this place. I can’t wait to get out of here
