Great Management and Place to Live!

I've been living at The Bora for over two years and have had a really positive experience with management and living here overall. The management team, Sabrina and Helen are very responsive, attentive, and really helpful. They really put our needs first to ensure it is a great place to live. The amenities are always clean and easily accessible as well.

There have been a lot of positive changes over the past few months and it has been very noticeable. There is a lot of effort starting from... cleanliness to package delivery to maintenance getting handled fast.

There are also a lot of new shops opening downstairs and it is very close to a lot of popular shops in koreatown. Overall a great place to live.

Great Place to Live!

I’ve had a great experience living at the Bora for the past two years. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and I’ve had no noise issues at all. Management has been wonderful — Cindy is an amazing manager who is always kind, responsive, and helpful. Minkyu is also here often and is consistently friendly and supportive.

Overall, I have no complaints and truly enjoyed my time living here. I would absolutely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free... place to live.

Worst apartment building in LA

Do not live here, everything is bad. The building is poorly built and the management company will try everything to take your money and do nothing for you.

Nice

I have been living here for 10 months and it is really comfortable. The apartment office staff are friendly and the management is very good, so it is always clean and there is no inconvenience. The new sushi market on the first floor is delicious and has the daily necessities I need, so I am very satisfied. Also, a coffee shop, restaurant, and bank will be opening in the future, so it will be even better.
