I’ve been living at this property for a while now, and my experience has been excellent. The building is well-maintained, clean, and quiet, making it a very comfortable place to call home. Management is responsive and helpful, any questions or small issues I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally.

I’ve been living here for almost 1 year and the living space and environment are tremendous! I live at the 9th floor and the view is beautiful and it is a very quiet neighborhood despite the busy construction in ktown. Also the manager and the security guards are very friendly and are very sweet. Overall, I believe I will be staying here for at least another few years!!

Lived in this complex for over a year now and to say the least it is one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. They have the greatest amenities with a nice gym and a recreational area for all your needs. The security is on call 24/7 and definitely does their job well as I haven’t felt unsafe in the building. The manager is always friendly and super accommodating. Definitely recommend this complex!!

I lived here almost 2month and great amenities and great people in this property. Management are very kind and security always helpful and I love gym. I don't need to pay extra fitness center to go gym and sauna save lot of money. I defiantly recommend this property.
