I moved into this apartment twice. After leaving and transferring my lease to another party. I had family troubles to attend to . Jump to eleven years later. I'm now ready to relocate home to Los Angeles and am curious about moving back into the old building. I arrived to view an apartment at the very building I had lived in 11 years years earlier. I couldn't have been happier with my overall time at The Du Barry. All utilities included, beautiful art deco design, and a really convenient location. I would highly recommend it. My only issue was, because the building is so old, they often had to work on the piping, which led to water shut-offs at least once a month.
