Good Luck
Before you move in, try to notice if they're done all of their renovations. For the past 2 months, you can't sleep in past 8am. This morning, they've been at it since then with a jackhammer to a concrete slab. I think they're doing something to the pool. It's been an hour so far. Last week they trimmed the hedges for 7 hours. Seriously? Who even needs that long!? They have absolutely no consideration for their tenants and the surrounding neighborhood. Some people work nights and need to sleep!!

Awesome place, definite charm
I enjoy the views, peaceful environment and sophisticated charm of this unit prices range from 1125, to 1625
close to everything , parking can be a challenge but i take it with dignity :)-
