It is too yearly to provide at this time. However, I am very happy with my stay. Only comment I have is that it would have been nice to have a window that can be opened to get fresh air. Right now, Air conditioning is the only option to get circulation. It is working ok.

We moved to The Louise after selling our house and were initially worried about having to adjust to an apartment life. Now we are worried about being able to ever move out! It will be difficult to leave. This community feels like a resort. The building is absolutely gorgeous! We really love watching our friends’ jaws drop when they walk into our apartment and see our views. Definitely 5 stars!

I moved to the Louise about two weeks ago. My first meeting with the leasing agent, Jules, gave me an immediate good impression. His high level of professionalism, combined with a sensitivity to my needs, and a genuine friendliness gave me a sense of assurance that the management and day to day business of running a large apartment complex would be handled in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. In fact, every staff member that I encountered during my initial exploratory visits,... from the maintenance staff to the security guard was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Basically, the first contacts at the Louise, the leasing agents, Jules and Alicia, are genuinely helpful and caring people. I think I made a good choice to move here.
