Very easy, quiet living - especially for being in LA!
We have loved our time at Metro Art! I’m honestly shocked at how quiet of a complex it is, and the people are not crazy ;) hope it can stay that way!! Not many other places like this in LA

You must live here at the Metro Art, Toluca Lake
The Metro Art, Toluca Lake apartments is an incredible place to live, not only because of its Art Deco architecture of the luxury apartments but also it feels like a cozy place and family building environment. My family and I lived there for more than 8 years. Since the first moment we saw the apartment, we loved it. The kindness of the managers and the customer service, top of the line, absolutely five stars. If you need something to be fixed, they respond so efficiently to your request. ... Additionally, they maintain the building very nice and clean. You will feel safe, comfortable, and grateful to live in the Metro Art, Toluca Lake apartments.
