I have been here for 10 years. Over the years, I have experienced a range of different management and I will say that with the newest management I do appreciate the addition of the washer/dryers and the different ways they have tried to engage the community through food events. However, I have received NO communication about the pool updates and as someone who has lived here for the past decade, not having a pool for nearly two years without any updates or ongoing construction to provide this… for residents is ridiculous.

The newly remodeled apartments are great. Roxanne in the leasing office is great. The neighborhood is lovely, especially north of the building. Neighbors are nice and not noisy.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment. I love the layout and the community amenities (package concierge, assigned gated parking). The location is wonderful. Roxanne Gonzalez was so very professional, approachable and thoughful when I was touring apartments and made the move in process super seamless!!
