Great leasing experience due to Enrique

Enrique went above and beyond when it came to getting us into the unit we wanted and when it was most convenient for us. Easily the best experience I’ve had leasing an apartment ever. The building is great as well and in a great location. Highly recommend.

Awesome place to live

Incredibly expensive building. But resident retention is extremely high - many of the residents have been here 12+. We have had great management from Holly to Jack to now Carissa and Enrique. Very glad to have a full time leasing agent back- Enrique is a friendly face to see at the front. Highly reccommend getting a tour with him!

Expensive and Insecure Building But Nice Area

The R2 building is expensive for the area but the area is nice. The issues beyond the expense include an insecure entry to the building via the main gate which remains wide open for whoever to enter the building because the lock gets jammed all the time. Also the packages randomly get strewn outside, sometimes inside the mail room and sometimes by your door. There is no front desk or concierge staff which there should be given the rent. Units that get turned over do so with cheaper floors, locks... and light fixtures - you can't ask for high rent and cheapen the building.
