How Is This Rating Determined?

Beautiful property and wonderful manager

Ashley is amazing! She responds to our inquiries and questions as soon as she can. Sure, there are other properties in prime locations as well, but many of them didn’t even bother to respond to our email inquiries. I wouldn’t trust a landlord who doesn’t want to be bothered with potential renters. That’s a bad sign of what’s to come once you become their resident.

This property is clean and beautiful, but what really sets it apart from all the others is having Ashley as the property manager....
Great job! I would highly recommend this property.

Greater than the comforts of home!

The most important thing I was looking for when I moved to LA was not location, not amenities (Spoiler: both are fantastic here), but more than anything else was the quality of management and the service. Ash and Daniel bring the family feel to this home with kindness, care, and impeccable attention to detail in keeping the SW clean, extremely well maintained, and filled with warmth!

Great location, great management

I knew this location was perfect for me, but I was even more pleasantly surprised by how well this property is maintained. Ashley (property manager) is fabulous - so responsive and always ready to help out. Daniel is very patient and through in resolving any maintenance issues and I appreciate the way that Juan keeps the property clean.

Great leasing experience - Ashley was awesome

We began looking at this building before construction was finished and Ashley was extremely helpful and excellent in her communication about move-in timing, touring multiple times, etc. She was a true professional and really made the moving process as easy as possible. Thanks Ashley!
