DO NOT RENT HERE

Roach infestation. Leasing managers don’t do their jobs. Only two maintenance men, one of which does all the work. Disruptive neighbors, unfit, unsafe and unhealthy living conditions. My bathroom is leaking due to the tenant above me and the managers are doing nothing about it. Don’t move in this building! You will regret it!! I didn’t even want to give one star but it won’t let you submit without it. This building deserves NO STARS

No One Available

I had an appointment scheduled for viewing one of these units. I showed up at my appointment time and no was one available. I called the office over 10 times and got no response. I was then told by a security guard no one was available.

I talked to a tenant who was leaving the building. He told me the units had issues with roaches and management was poor.

my visit to rosslyn lofts

i enjoy the table that is in the lobby as soon as you walj through the door.and i like that there is a restroom in your own room versus sharing with other tenants. it gives the tenant personal space allowing them their right to privacy. and its affordable.

Upper floors pretty cool

The top 3 floors are market rate; the lower are affordable housing units. We have one of the largest lofts, it's pricey but so beautiful. Polished concrete floors, half the walls are brick, industrial piping up top. Management tends to ignore your first or second request for maintenance repairs, parking clicker, etc, but if you are very direct they will respond quickly. Quirky residents, but generally friendly. Amazing location downtown, although it's very close to skid-row. Overall I just love… how beautiful the lofts are.
