New tenant
The building isn't as bad as it seemed. In fact my expectations were exceeded when
I moved in. i was talking to my neighbour and he told building wasn't properly managed in the past. Since the new management took over, they have started improving the condition. My unit is not the best unit in the world, but it's been remodeled. I have hardwood floor, new fridge, new stove. Overall it worths the rent
