Terrible Management
I lived here for a year and a half and found this place to be intolerable. The first year was solely due to a binding lease and just moving to LA. The landlord only communicates via text, has poor management skills, and is bitter man. There are roaches, the rent is extremely unreasonable and they increase it every year by hundreds of dollars. The people I have encountered here for the most part are very kind people. But if you are an artist or some who like to have company, music playing, or… anything of the sort be careful for noise complaints. There are some that are extremely sensitive and really ruin any positive experience you could have.
