Do not fall for it
Do NOT fall for the interiors!!! They are CHEAP, these walls are so THIN that you can literally hear someone snoring, farting and talking next door. If you have a loud neighbor or people partying good luck with that.
There is sooo many cockroaches in this building, it doesn’t matter if your clean, the door cracks are big enough for pests to come in.

This place is hell
Walls are way too thin. Neighbors seem to all have screaming babies. The noise from your upstairs neighbor is enough to make you regret every decision you made that led you into this apartment.

you could not ask for more
At first glance ,you would say that this apartment is just average but after you have settled in, you find the place cozy, peaceful in the sense that your neighbors are just human beings who would like to interact with you and also sensible enough to leave you when you want to be alone. The view of downtown Los Angeles is breathtaking,so near(3 miles) yet so far that you will not hear its noise. The management and maintenance are professional grade. Its just perfect for me and i could not ask for... more.
