Garden-style family living
This IS THE ONLY PERFECT BUILDING -- in a secret corner of the world -- Sunland-Tujunga California -- close to everything (downtown, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank , the Valley, the mountains, the foothills, close to Montrose, La Crescenta /Foothill Communities -- the building has grassy areas, pool, party area used for kids parties, dancing, bands --- some inside areas used for outdoor overnight tents --
upper level balconies or front "lawns" cookout areas -- true family living - mixed ethnic... community . . . pets allowed
After 30 years of "Valley" living, this is the best little secret --
micro-climate (more rain, cooler than the Valley) lots of small ethnic restaurants/shops/arts centers - WALK TO SENIOR CENTER AND SUPERMARKET AND STARBUCKS--
You have to live here to appreciate its beauty and "mist over mountains", spectacular sunsets and very individualistic inhabitants.

Avarage at Best
This building is average at best. If you need a clean simple apartment to hang your hat on your off time this is the place for you. With the below average rent you tend to have more money do spend on activities that take you away from home.
