Subject: Missing Package & Difficulty Contacting Management
Dear Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I am a former resident of the apartment community and lived there for approximately four and a half years. I am writing regarding an issue involving a package that was recently delivered to my former address.
Unfortunately, I was unable to change the delivery address for this package. Prior to its arrival, I called the security front desk to notify them. The staff member I spoke with informed me that it would be fine for me to stop by and... pick up the package once it arrived.
After the delivery, I called again and spoke with another security guard who confirmed that he had seen the package. I asked if it could be placed at the front desk so that I could pick it up on Monday, and he agreed to do so. However, when I arrived on Monday to retrieve the package, it was no longer there.
One of the security guards, Chewy, informed me that he reviewed the cameras and saw a female tenant taking the package. Since then, I have been trying to reach management to discuss the situation, but I have not been able to get in contact with Michelle. I have been calling for several weeks and have not received a response. I asked the security if he can ask Michelle what’s a good time to contact her she said she don’t know.
I find this situation very concerning and unprofessional. During the four and a half years that I lived in the community, there was always someone available in the office to assist residents. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with management about this matter and understand what steps can be taken to resolve.
