Really enjoy staying here

Been here for almost a year now and I can say that it has been super relaxing and I’m so happy that I chose this apartment. They keep it clean, which I love and the neighbors are quiet and super friendly. It’s a small building so you kinda run into the same people all the time lol for being at different complexes, I would say this is probably the most quiet building I’ve lived in the leasing manager Josh is also super friendly and so accommodating. I feel comfortable asking him things because… he’s a chill person. Also the maintenance staff are really nice as well. I would recommend living here.

Over 9 Years Living Here!

I have lived at the Westbury for over nine years and I have loved it. It's my dream location and I think it's a good value for the area. Our apartment manager, Josh, has been great! He has gone above and beyond to help me with things and I am very thankful to him for his care for the building and all the tenants. I have lived on the first floor as well as the top floor (two different units over the years) and have had an amazing experience in both units! Parking (included in rent!) in the garage… is a huge bonus as well, and there's security at night (shoutout Vick the security guard! He is very kind and has helped me several times) I love the building and the people - thankful to Westbury and HPG for a wonderful home!

The best management + application process!

A friend of mine lives in the building and recommended that I come take a tour, and I'm so glad I did!! Josh gave a great tour, was friendly, so knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome from the start. The application process was smoother and simpler from the other apartment complexes I toured, and Josh was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always quick to answer my questions and making everything feel so much less stressful. He really is great at his role and has been so… welcoming, patient and helpful with my entire move. I can't say enough great things about him and the building. I really appreciated all of his help and would definitely recommend this building :)

8 Beautiful Years of My Life

I moved back in 2018 to a one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with a view of Runyon Canyon. It was my favorite place in all of Los Angeles. Friendly neighbors and always quiet, relaxing, and cozy. It was my home for 8 years before I had to recently leave to another state. But, the area is super centric. You have an LA Fitness, CVS, Target about a 3 minute walk. The Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, and Dave and Busters are also there. All my friends loved coming to my place to sit at the balcony… and watch the sunset or lay in a bean bag next to the fireplace. The manager of the building, Josh, is super sweet and responsive. He was always on top of everything and making sure that your stay was great. He always went above and beyond to help the tenants. I will forever miss this place and hope that one day I can come visit and remember some of my most beautiful and unforgettable memories.

Worth it!

Live here for 2 years! This property is in a good location (albeit Hollywood)- walking distance to Runyon Canyon, the heart of Hollywood Blvd, and freeway entrances! The renovations have helped freshen the overall feel of the building, hopefully the company will continue updating. While there aren’t in unit W/D, there are multiple machines throughout the building. Most units have a balcony, and having that bit of outdoor space was key, especially for my plants. Josh (building manager) is a great… guy! Very timely and helpful and definitely made the experience better. Some fixtures are outdated but everything works, and the maintenance team is respectful and timely. Check out this location if you’re looking to move!
