New Manager is a hero

I lived in this in my unit for five years and wanted to leave a review since leaving. Josh the newer manager is a great guy and has definitely set the tone for a for positive changes in the building. It's hard to find a building that's walkable and well run at this price range. They've recently done away with old carpeted hallways to opt for hardwood floors, the building is much cleaner overall these days and one of the best things about this building is how solidly built it was, I never really... heard my neighbors and they couldn't hear me as well, so it felt very private for apartment living.

how is this luxury?

how is this a luxury apartment without an in unit washer and dryer??? this is trash and the carpet near the elevator entrace looks like its been there since the 1600s

Great location

I moved in here last month and I love it. The location is great, right near Runyon and close to the freeway. The neighbors are really friendly and management people have been great so far.
