Highly Recommend!!!

I've really enjoyed my time living at The William. The building is well taken care of, and you can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Jimmy, the property manager, is always making improvements around the place, which is great to see. And Gio, who handles maintenance, is super reliable—any time I’ve needed a repair, it’s been sorted out quickly, usually within a day. Overall, it’s been a solid place to live.

Nice place to live in the heart of Hollywood

This place has truly exceeded my expectations. Tucked right in the heart of Hollywood, you’d never guess how peaceful and quiet it feels once you’re inside. There’s a calm energy here that makes it easy to come home and actually relax. What really makes it stand out, though, is the management. They’re not just responsive—they’re genuinely on top of everything and go out of their way to keep the building in great shape. You can tell they care. It’s clean, secure, and feels like a little pocket of… calm in the middle of the city. Honestly, it’s been a great place to call home

Great new ownership and management

The building was recently rebranded The William on Sunset by new ownership and they have many wonderful improvements! Great building with the best rooftop pool deck in Hollywood!
