Going Down Hill
I’ve lived here for about five years, and it’s been challenging to say the least. We’re not asking for perfection — just accountability. The repeated late fees on exempt charges like third-party services and parking, along with promises to remove them that go unfulfilled, are more than frustrating — they’re demoralizing.
As someone who pays on time, I’ve never seen it this bad. It feels less like property management and more like daily harassment. I hope leadership chooses to listen, take... responsibility, and do better for those of us who still call this place home.
