Management here is a joke

It's unfortunate that the management of this building is so inept because it's otherwise a very lovely complex. Since Bozzuto has taken over, however, there have been nonstop issues. First, they constantly say that they're too busy to answer emails and that speaking to them in person about issues is better. It's become obvious, though, that they do this to avoid having paper trails. At the time of lease renewal last year, they charged me rent twice and when I asked for a refund, they told me… they could only do so by check or I could just have the amount deducted from the next month's rent. Not sure what I would have done if I hadn't had extra cash on hand. They use a scam insurance company for renters insurance and surprise you with charges for it without warning. You are forced to use their utilities servicing company and then they pass the monthly charge onto you. When issues with neighbors arise and you present them with video and photographic evidence of damage done by said neighbors, they gaslight you and essentially tell you it's not their problem.

Inept Management doesn't take issues seriously

If you enjoy having other residents letting their dog urinate all over your patio and property, and despite multiple photos and videos of the incident happening, are told that nothing can be done, this is the place to live! Don't worry, you'll still pay full price rent for the dog-urine covered patio and told that there is nothing to be done. The building is beautiful but management will gaslight and ignore you anytime a serious issue comes up.

The move-in process has been smooth for the most part, and all employees have been a tremendous help! I would have enjoyed some access to the freight elevator during my process, however it was booked the entire day! :(

We applied during a transition of employees.

Everyone is super nice, but not the most organized. If you’re applying, be prepared to hound them about progress. Also, it doesn’t seem like they are too familiar with the programs they use. We were delayed due to them not knowing how to use a service they require. If it wasn’t for us being tech savvy, we would’ve never moved forward.

Other then that, everything was stellar
