Moved in last month and its been wonderful

The manager(s) were super responsive throughout the whole process. LOVE the layout of our loft. The price is quite competitive, and maintenance has been really prompt in handling any issues we've come across (is a bit of an older building, but they've kept it quite clean. Overall my girlfriend and I are incredibly happy with our new space.

Fell in love with the place instantly

The apartments are so nice! The building manager who showed us the apartments was great with answering all of our questions and was really nice. The place looks like 9/10 for me.

Great area & lots of potential

Nestled in east hollywood paralleling the famed paramount studios lays the 6010 romaine building. A diamond in the rough still in the rough is under constant renovation which would be promising but in all honesty the renovations are noticeably cheap and skimped on. However, the renovated units with their decent size, comparatively reasonable rent and a wonderfully walkable location makes this building a great option for 20 something's and family's alike. Quiet with good neighbors and… responsive management makes this a very pleasant place to live.
