I applied and made a budget for this apartments just for the price of the unit to go up $200 after applying. I was told this after I applied, I know prices can change, but it would be nice if they could update the site or at least give you the real price of the unit when applying on their website.

I showed up early for my appointment to view an apartment, and my guide never showed up. I tried calling the phone numbers posted outside the building, but the numbers weren't in service. They made it virtually impossible for me to get ahold of them. It's ridiculous.

The location is great but the experience of walking into my own space is inexplicable. Any assistance with rent would be appreciated. Thanks apartment.com!

The pricings are cheap. Be aware of the neighborhood every night there is police activity and lockdowns. There are alcoholics passed out in the streets. Gang violence. The parking lot is not secure the gate does not have a lock anyone can break into your car.

My apartment building is the cheapest, cleanness and safest building in the Westlake area. Unlike most apartments in this area which are bug infested and have a high crime rate. The front entrance and main lobby are always kept clean and tidy. The apartments are very small, but they make up for their size with the comfort and quietness they provide. My bedroom is about 12x10 which is perfect for my double bed, dresser, media console and bookcase. I also have a window view of the building parking... area. I'm very close to the Metro Blue Line, Food4less, Rite Aid, Home Depot, Wells Fargo and Good Samaritan Hospital. It is by far the best apartment building in this area. Thanks! Read More
