I've loved living here for the last month. The community is great and the management staff are some of the most kind and helpful people I've ever met. The building is super clean, safe, and calm. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a new home.

I like Wilco due to the friendly and responsive staff. It’s extremely important for staff members to maintain and manage an apartment complex. Your living experience largely depends on them and Wilco just has very good staff onsite

I highly recommend living in Wilco. The leasing manager and asst manager (Glen and Erin) are the nicest without compromising professionalism. Even maintenance and security are reliable. Amenities and community events make my stay here all the more fantastic.

I truly have enjoyed living here the past 3 weeks. I found Wilco on Zillow. All communication was done virtually as I was on the east coast. I moved in site u seen and everything was as pictured online! It smells great In the building. Truly appreciate the dog park and all the amenities. I am very pleased with my apt. Very spacious for a studio!
