Norwalk Metropointe has been very stressfull to deal with because of the miscommunication and them losing our security deposit and our first weeks rent and its been almost a month since I've emailed them and they still haven't responded back.

I love everything about the community! I lived in the hood some of my life and to be on my own and call this my home is something what me and my son needed. The space in the unit is amazing the outside of the property is so quiet and maintained. This is a great area full filled with a lot of good spirited people! I love the area I use to work out here when I was younger and this area is just so peaceful! I absolutely am in love with my unit!

For the amount of rent being paid in this apartment, one will expect more. It’s lots of repairs on almost a daily one can barely get a good rest in their home during the day. The trash bin is right by the exit and enter door of the upper garage and if that happens to be your parking space get ready to inhale stinky decaying smell everyday, it’s a roach infested community and if you live in a level where you have another person living above you also get ready to hear their waking and sleeping… sound, every step they take, when they open and close their doors, it literally vibrates your own apartment, it’s really frustrating living in this apartment.
