Wilshire Westwood Luxury Apartments

There are rats in the walls of both buildings, a bug problem, leaks, and mold they paint over.

To be honest, I’m moving out for reasons that were unlivable but management could have easily fixed. Which means they are happy to have the next renter stuck in the same conditions. My biggest concern is the family that sits outside my window at a table they placed about 4 ft away. I feel like they live with me. They are there 6-7 days a week, ALL day - screaming children, little boy plays with the hose and sprayed in my window. It’s completely unacceptable. Even with the windows closed it’s... loud. I love kids, have a big family, etc. So it takes A LOT of noise to bother me. This is to the point where I can barely handle being home.

Other reasons I haven’t loved living here - management is slow to fix anything in the apartment, the building is outdated and inside my apartment is falling apart a little because there is no ventilation in the bathroom.
