Unprofessional

We scheduled a tour for the place and even got a confirmation text message about the tour and when we got there and called the leasing office they told us they didn’t know someone was coming and told us they couldn’t show us the place. So unprofessional.

Elevators and hallways are dirty. Mail gets stolen a lot. No parking in the garage or on street.

After 1 year lease term, rent will be increased $626.39 more!!

Seriously??? After 1 year lease term, management (ESSEX) gave me the notice letter that rent will be increased $626.39 more on month to month lease term. $626.39 more???? I'll add all the pictures that I have for more detail review. BEWARE!

Constantly Changing Managers Can't Manage

I moved out in summer 2015 and our move-out day couldn't come soon enough. Increasing thefts from the garage, people smoking all over the building and setting off the fire alarms at 3am weekly, dog business all over the hallways, and inconsistent management combined with their ridiculous gall to INCREASE rent made it an easy decision for us to let our lease expire. Even during that process, our paperwork was lost, then when the manager tried to say we hadn't turned in anything TWO DAYS before we… were scheduled to be out, I lost it. Then they didn't show up to the final inspection before move-out. I work in property management and cannot believe the shady and illegal things that they were trying to pull, like holding my mail and not telling me for a month.
