Old Building but Awesome Neighbourhood close to the beach, schools, supermarkets and etc....
Old Building but Awesome Neighbourhood close to the beach, schools, supermarkets, and etc...
Even though the outside of the building is a little outdated, all the apartments have spacious rooms, garages and a common laundry area. The neighbourhood is the best, it is few blocks from the beach and from the best public schools in Manhattan Beach. It is surrounded by amazing restaurants, entertainments, supermarkets, and close to Hermosa and Redondo Beach. It is perfect for singles, young families... and older people who want to enjoy their lives.
