Absolutely recommend this amazing community!

We have lived here 14 months and just renewed our lease. There isn’t enough stars or good things I can say! If you’re looking for a quiet safe place then this is it! Everyone here are welcoming and kind! Maintenance is top notch! I have only had to put in one service call and they were on it immediately! Viviana is the kindest sweetest person to deal with! Merced can be an iffy place to live but here We have never had a single safety issue never even see anyone here that isn’t supposed to be!

Wonderful place to start a family!

My little family lived here for 4 yrs and loved everything about Sahara Apartments. From the manger, to maintenance, and the residence its such a great place to live. We’re moving out of state that why we had to leave. Thank you Sarah for making this our first home as a family.

More than enjoyed my lease

Stayed for 15 months and would have liked to stay longer had familial obligations not taken me out of merced. Never an issue with management, prompt communication with everything, helpful move in/out process. Only had one drain issue and it was resolved within a day (knife cover stuck in drain, my fault but maintenance was fantastic about it). Upgraded cameras for security and never packed parking with visitors. Neighbors all friendly/kept to themselves. Great location if i had still been going… to school. Definitely sad to be leaving

Great apartments

Viviana (manager) and Cris (maintenance) work hard to ensure apartments are well maintained and issues that arise are managed and repaired quickly. The apartments are clean and spacious and conveniently located. The area is very quiet and safe. I highly recommend Sahara Apartments!

Great manager, staff, and apartments

Viviana (manager) and Cris (maintenance) are great at making sure all things are in order, and we have everything we need in prompt fashion. The apartments are clean and spacious, and the property is so peaceful. I highly recommend Sahara Apartments!!
