“Old “/ “Older”

The on-site staff are very accessible and friendly. However, there are issues that are simply beyond their control and they all lead back to the words “old” and/or “older” (kitchen sink/draining, doors not staying shut, outlets, burner coils, etc.).

Lived here for 4 years

These apartments are a nice place to live. Management is always willing to help with any issues and answer any questions along with being very friendly al all times.

Loud and smoky

Most new tenants have Cars with loud exhaust or stereo. It is NOT smoke free, smoking on patio is allowed

Manager is AWESOME!

Norma is the best manager ever! She goes out of her way to make sure everything on the property is in good happy working order. She is very mindful of the residents and shows great compassion. The property is always clean and manicured. If there is a problem she sees that it’s handled in a timely manner.

Great Manager

Bridgeford apartments are well located, clean, and good value for the price. I have been especially grateful to their manager, Rita, who frequently went out of her way to make my mom feel at home. She really cares about her renters and shows pride in her property.
