I am living here for more than a year. Car parking has been a huge mess. They changed the parking rules so many times. When I joined, they said floating parking and plenty available on my floor. Then Management changed and they started paid parking slots in 1st and 2nd. Later they changed it to all assigned and randomly assigned my spot in 5th floor. There is only one elevator for the parking garage and it breaks once a week, leaving me to scramble with kids, 4 floors up and down. The fire alarm... (not the smoke detector) goes off every once in a while at midnights / early hours. My kids get startled in sleep. The building keeps changing management hands and they come up with crazy rules - for instance car parking. The neighborhood is so-so. Only saving grace is lesser rent. Management team isn't that helpful and behave as though they are renting out for charity. Read More
