Bad managment, poor everything
They have bad management at the moment. The apartments used to be a good place to live. Maintenance guy is bad, you hardly see him do anything, garbage area is disgusting, sofas, mattresses everywhere, garbage overflowing, laundry rooms are disgusting, bbq area dirty all the time. "Manager" never helps and gives big attitude instead of apologizing for their errors. Worse management ever, we need new management. I can go on and on and on but its waist of my time.
