I have been living here for a year now, Yesenia is the best manager in the world, she keeps this place super clean and safe, she takes care of everything, I read the reviews before I move here, everyone said positive which are absolutely true, also when I needed any kind od maintenance Luis was here to help the same day, I have no complaints!!!

Kuddos to Yesenia and her team. During this COVID-19 pandemic, they have taken extreme measures by posting signs throughout the property, mailroom, elevators, laundry rooms asking that everyone wears a mask so we don't become infected. I know that not all residents believe how serious COVID is so they don't wear a mask, but for the majority of us, we wear a mask. The staff clean the laundry machines, doorknobs, elevator buttons, and railings with bleach. The staff is wearing double masks to… avoid spread.
A week ago, I received a call from Yesenia just to "check-in" to see how I have been since we have not seen each other in a few months. This brought me to tears, who does this anymore?
I actually had been going through a real hard time with the loss of work, income, and also losing multiple family members to COVID and honestly, I was NOT ok. She listened to me. Although I know she could not do anything to change my situation, the fact that she took time out of her busy day to tell me she was thinking of me and wanted to reach out made such a huge impression.
