Renter's Insurance is required. If Tenant fails to provide proof of Renter's Insurance, they will be required to pay $15/month Liability to Landlord Insurance fee.

Lease Terms: 1 year lease. Verifiable income of 3 times the rent and credit score of 670 or higher to qualify. Renter's Insurance is required.
NOTE: This rental utilizes the RUBS program for gas, water and trash.
