    Excellent I have been very happy living at The Pines. It is exceptionally clean. Maintenance is speedy. The staff are very kind. My only little complaint is that someone thought it was a good idea to pull out beautiful and healthy grass and replace it with plastic. As this is a DOG park, that decision did decrease the value to me of the overall complex and made me like my area a lot less. The large areas replaced on the north-east side look cheap.
