Poor Service
As the latest review wrote, this apartment complex did a remodel in 2019 which involved the replacement of water pipes/plumbing throughout the entire complex. I have been here for 9 months, and have not gone a single week without seeing one of the pipes springing a leak. The apartments are not worth what they are charging, and I see the one posting on here has had an increase of $200 in less than a year.
Apart from the apartments themselves, the office worker is never present. Have an issue… that you need to address with the office? Enjoy seeing a piece of paper on the office door saying it will be closed for the day. They will then put up a new piece of paper the following day saying the office will yet again be closed.
The maintenance guy is a legitimate worker. I see him essentially everyday and he is desperately trying to perform maintenance on a crumbling apartment complex.
Places like this can only exist due to the severe housing shortage in the Monterey area. Avoid this place, if you can.Review from Apartments.com
