How Is This Rating Determined?

Poor Management

The management is rude and unprofessional. I had a call with George about possibly leasing a unit and throughout the call, he kept cutting me off while he went on rambling about unrelated topics. In the end, he did not even take my contact information and decided to hang up on me for no reason.
