Thos pffice staff os horrible. Over 25 months ago my daughter singed up for a unit here and was told the wait is two years. Yesterday she went it to check were she check her status on the waiting list and qas told she should have checked on in June to let them know she still wanted a unit and because she did not she now has to reapply. Really! How would one know to call or come by to tell them that? Hiw about the office staff mail a letter, call, text or email the people on the list to say hey... you're comjng up soon do you still need or want a unit? No that would be too much like right to do.
