Where do I begin? Please do not allow the cheap rent to lure you in it’s not worth it. To make this short and sweet I will provide an honest list of what is wrong with this place
1. Leasing office staff and management is awful they never pick up the phones, like seriously ever and the RARE times they do they are incredibly rude and belittle you. I am not sure what the leasing office does all day because they are never available and can never provide a solution
2. These apartments have zero… insulation you can hear and smell your neighbors every move I hear my upstairs neighbors conversations at all times I hear them flush the toilet and worst of all I can smell in my unit whatever comes through the vents such as marijuana, cigarettes, and acrylic nail powder
3. The actual quality of the unit itself is terrible and extremely low grade when my apartment was turned into me I noticed that all of my bathroom and kitchen cabinets where painted over and whoever did the work did not bother to clean them first and then paint in other words my cabinets have hair and trash that is visible on the surface that was painted over instead of being removed and then painted everything is basically falling apart here
4.There is no cameras here at least not in the building or in the carports, I got all four tires of my car tires stolen here and when I took it up with management they really said “come back and talk to us when you have the police report maybe we can use it and show the company to justify why we need more cameras” as a business why would you wait until crime escalated to get cameras ?
5.The complex is incredibly unsafe people speed through the property at all hours of the day, multiple break ins day and night, I’ve witnessed two breaks in one at night and one during the day and the leasing office seriously said they knew who it was and where trying to catch the guy but had not been able to. People also hang out in there cars and play very loud music in the parking lot, not to mention the SWAT is always here doing drug bust
I’ve been woken up at 4am several times to sirens and SWAT teams yelling at drug dealers to surrender
6.This complex has switched ownership many times and with the latest owners cannon management the quality of living and crime has gotten worse I never see the supposed security patrol here and gates are always broken wide open Read More

I've lived here close to three years, these apartments have gotten worse and worse every year. Management does not care about the safety of the residents. I came home from work at 3:00am on August 31 to a crime scene! The incident is in the news just look up the date and address of these apartments. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.

I lived there for 2 years and when we left, we got hit with fees and fees! The biggest was the carpet! $800!! We TRIED to schedule an in person final review days BEFORE so we would now what to do ourselves and avoid getting charged. Talked to 3 different people, 3 different times (including the property manager directly! ) and got nowhere. They took our $600 deposit and sent a bill for over $650. Stay away from this place!

Unsafe area at night, bad management will not help, stay away if you have children.
