It’s crazy how they have four stars these apartments are the worst . Everything’s always breaking down they take forever to come and help you out when they do. They just replace stuff with old objects . They take almost 2 weeks to come and help you they don’t even have fans in the bathrooms so you always have to be dealing with moldy ceilings. The surrounding areas are covered with trash, not a lot of pathways to walk towards your apartments and when it rains, it’s always flooded

Great apartment
My family and i have lived here for 5 years now and we love it. Tha management and their staff are very efficient at their jobs. Everytime we call for a problem wiith the unit, they come and fix it right away. The lot is always well maintained and the location is great. Its near groceries , gas satations and very closw to the mall as well. I love living here and have referred it to a lot of my friends already.

Just moved in!
I just moved in and I love it!! Quiet, clean, and large living area! Only complaint is lack of visitor parking. Came home my first night of being there and someone was parked in my space, drove around for 5 min before I finally parked in another empty cover space. That's my only complaint! Excited to see what's next!!!!

Portofino Apartments Review
First of all, the location is basically the center of Temecula. There are shops of all kinds just right around the corner and a number of restaurants. For those looking for schools it is right around the corner from an elementary school and just down the block from a middle school. It is close to two high schools as well. Pets allowed.
Now for the apartment complex. There are two pools, one in the front and one near the back. There are lawn chairs and tables along with vending machines in the... pool area. There is a workout room with some recently put in equipment for those who like to exercise. There are two basketball/tennis courts and a volley ball court with sand. The apartment office provides a big screen tv along with movies available to sign out. The apartment staff are nice and helpful. The maintenance crew is friendly and capable.
Now for the apartment itself. I reside in a two bedroom/two bath apartment. The apartment is large. The ceilings are high so you never feel cramped. The kitchen is comparably large although the dining room is small, but large enough for a table for a small family. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bath of small size and a large closet. The second bedroom is just as spacious and has a sliding door that separates it from the main bathroom for convenience. The second bedroom also has a nice sized closet.
If I have any problem with the apartment it would be that after living here for eleven years the appliances are starting to show their age. They work fine, but are rough around the edges. From what I've seen of newer neighbors' apartments this isn't a problem for new residents. There is also a ditch/waterway separating the front two sections of the complex with the back two with a bridge connecting the two down the middle. There is no smell or anything really negative about it except for graffiti that is quickly taken care of.
All in all, it's a great place to live and I would easily recommend it for anyone.
