To start, the good thing about Eaves Creekside are the workers. They are very kind, and they are doing all they can. But as far as a living situation goes, this is pretty unacceptable. Some of the issues are as follows: the walls are incredibly thin (I can hear my upstairs neighbor peeing and stomping around all the time), the fridge that comes with the apartment seems to break and damage my food, the sinks and showers clog (and the shower drain will vomit disgusting black residue that makes... your feet dirty), there are ants and roaches that the pest control services seem to not be able to get (they will make it into your food), and there are constantly loud vehicles driving around during work hours when I'm trying to have meetings. Finally, the amount I'm paying for this poor living situation is pretty absurd but once you're locked into the contract you're pretty much trapped living here. So I feel ethically obligated to warn other people to look elsewhere for more comfortable and affordable living situations. Read More

This apartment is truly great! The only concern is the floor is very thin, so living in downstairs might be a bit unpleasant. We switched to a corner unit upstairs, and everything is perfect! We have a window in the kitchen, which only happens in corner unit. The location is fantastic, close to downtown, Caltrain Station, Farmer's Market, and everything! The management and maintenance teams are wonderful! Whenever we submit a service request in our account, or email management team, they will... always resolve/respond to it within a couple of hours. And yes they work on Saturdays too. That's unbelievably fast! We used to live in a terrible apartment that doesn't fulfill maintenance request and barely reply our emails for weeks unless we call them repeated. They also have a team that you can call for issues like noise, parking, security all night long. There are 3 swimming pools, 2 gyms, a basketball court, a tennis court and a volleyball court in the community. And when you move out, they only charge you $120 for cleaning fee, and no extra fee for carpet cleaning or painting the wall. My previous horrible robbery apartment charged $150 for cleaning, $85 for carpet cleaning, $230 for painting the wall. Compared to that, this apartment is angel!! Read More

I'veer 12 been here over 12 years. The past two years the rent has risen so far I'm moving out. Pity - it's a nice place otherwise.

Thin walls, poor maintenance, exceptionally high prices, low grade amenities, poor customer service. Not worth it.
