Happy at Heatherstone

My husband and I have lived in quite a few rentals in the Bay Area and this one is definitely worth taking a look:

-clean, safe, affluent community
-recently launched neighborhood portal
-wonderful neighbors
-personable and extremely responsive staff
-super pet friendly
-quiet and relaxing atmosphere
-nice pool/hot tub, gym, and clubhouse-w/kitchen (all of which are clean and not crowded)
-updated units: new stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher) and front-loading he… washer/dryer; black granite counter tops (with back splash) in kitchen & bathroom; modern fixtures throughout; nice shower/tub, ventilation fan in bathroom, linoleum/laminate wood flooring in kitchen/bath, quality carpet in bedroom(s), living room
-large patio or balcony (many with pool/garden views)
-decent size bedroom(s) & living room
-plenty of storage in kitchen, hall closet, HUGE bedroom closet(s)
-many units come with additional storage on patio or in carport area
-assigned parking space (plus ample free street parking)
-complex and exterior look inviting and well maintained; complex is located in a safe, family-friendly area
-very fair price for this area and the quality upgrades you get here can't be matched at this price (we love our appliances and general updated look of apartment)
-close to stores, steven's creek trail, and quick access to 85, 237, 101, 280, and el camino real
-happy place with a zen vibe

Heatherstone | A Great Community!

This is a beautiful and contemporary property tucked away in a quiet and very safe part of Mountain View. It is managed by Prometheus, a very modern, professional, and efficient property group. The apartment manager went out of her way to hold the place for us when we were moving and get us the best deal. Our apartment has large windows, tons of natural light, stainless steel appliances and nice fixtures. We have a salt water pool and gym. Sadly, the rent has increased by more than 10% every… year, so we are unable to stay. Otherwise, I might have been a lifer! :)

The perfect place

Heatherstone is fantastic. The apartments are roomy, clean, and newly remodeled. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff is super friendly, helpful and quick to respond. If I put in a service request in the morning, through the handy online portal, it's fixed that day. The pool is clean and big, the workout room is nice and rarely full. The office has a very nice party room and free coffee. The area is nice and feels safe. The end of the Stevens Creek walking path is right at the edge… of the property, from there you can run, walk, or bike all the way to the Google campus!
