Landsby is well located, generally pretty quiet and the amenities are nice. My neighbors are a little inconsiderate (especially the people with dogs) and I hate the trash service. People don't follow the rules and I have to look at and smell garbage in the hallway everyday. It shouldn't be hard for people to walk 50 ft to the trash room. When I do not renew my lease next year, this will be the reason why.

I was just on a tour with Preston at The Landsby in Mountain View! I dropped in today without an appointment and Preston was happy to jump at the opportunity! The apartments were amazing and the amenities were fantastic! I was impressed with Preston’s professionalism and knowledge when he mentioned that it was one of his first tours! Super excited to move forward with the application!

I toured the Landsby with our associate Preston on Thursday and it was amazing! The property was beautiful and has so many amenities! Preston did a great job at answering our questions and getting us all set up with our new lease! Looking forward to living here so much!

Great apartments, beautiful, modern, lots of young people. Unfortunately, the parking situation is a mess. Management has no idea that 60% of assigned parking spots are empty. They don't have records of who has been assigned what spot in the past. They could just reassign everything but they don't for some reason...
