Worst Apartment

Staff is bad they are always changing things up at the last minute maintenance is super bad they don’t even try to fix your problems somethings always wrong at these apartments they also don’t
Maintain the apartments clean there are holes in the doors the painting it bad like they didn’t even try worse experience at these apartments

Worst staff don’t have complete information

Online showing it’s available on 13 months lease so & so rent also confirmed on call !
When I reached their with my family to final it pictures totally change 8 month lease no offer on it waste of time...

Couldn't get better in Silicon Valley

The Reserve apartments are located in the busiest area of california, so many people live in silicon valley, but our apartment complex is in such an ideal location which is very quiet and low key in our neighborhood. Our apartment complex is surrounded by a beautiful residential area so many trees and plant life with a lovely park down the street within walking distance. The location is so ideal because of the closeness to the highways and the downtown mountain view area. I'd also like to give… a shootout to our amazing manager and staff here at the Reserve they have been nothing but amazing since we moved here from Dallas a year ago. Anytime a problem arises here they take care of it. These apartments are actually pretty old but they have so much unique flair to them that i've really enjoyed. All other places around here are so new and modern. I personally like a homier style place. If thats what you're looking for come to the Reserve. Oh and W/D center is paid with a reloadable (online)card so it makes washing and drying so convenient(no more quarters).
