Great place to live

I've had a great experience living at Arbors at California Oaks. The community is well-maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and the location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, schools, and the freeway. The apartment homes are spacious, and I appreciate the pet-friendly atmosphere.

One of the biggest highlights is the staff. The office team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the maintenance team is courteous and... knowledgeable.

The community offers great amenities, including pools, fitness facilities, and plenty of green space. It feels safe, quiet, and family-friendly while still being close to everything Murrieta has to offer.

Overall, Arbors at California Oaks is a wonderful place to call home, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment community with excellent customer service.

I love it

Arbors at California Oaks has been a great place to live. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and great amenities. The office staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient to shopping, dining, and the freeway. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in Murrieta.

Wish I could give 0 stars

The pictures you see, and the model apartment that they show is NOT what you will get.
The side of the complex that they show on your tour is the “good side”. The other side is not maintained: trash all over, dog poop not picked up, dog poop receptacles are overflowing…
We didn’t get to see all of this until after the lease was signed and we moved in. And then that first night… we found a roach. Then more. And more. It was infested with roaches. And apparently it’s a known problem. Multiple... reviews from other sites will back this up.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Cheaper price is NOT better.

During the touring process, prospective residents are typically shown a model apartment or a comparable apartment home when the specific apartment selected is... occupied at the time of the tour. Our team works to communicate any known differences and provide an accurate representation of the apartment home and community whenever possible.
When concerns regarding pest activity were reported, our team responded promptly. As part of our standard process, all vacant apartment homes are professionally treated prior to move-in, and no pest activity was observed during our pre-move inspection. Nevertheless, we took your concerns seriously and worked with you to discuss available options.

Great place to live
