San Luis Obispo bay nipomo
Not a bad place to live. Walls are a little thin but that us to be expected. Upon moving in you get welcomed by your neighbors and as long as you aren't too loud you will become part of the community family fast. Everyone is super friendly. There are quite a few kids if various ages around playing but for the most part very respectable kids. No issues so far. I love that each unit has own laundry so no more laundry mats. Nice little park in the middle for the kids but no pool.
