19 years living disgusted

Very poor, very old dirty carpets and walls, holes in every corner, cockroaches/cats infested, dirty & smelly, poor maintenance,gang violence. My apt hasn't changed not one bit, I'm a mom I really want a safe clean place for my son. Please help it be much appreciated, God bless. Hoping for a miracle!:/
