Woodley Towers

This place is the shadiest place I have even lived in. I could not get out of there fast enough! The Manager there are horrible and break so many laws. They never give you proper 24 hour notice before doing ANYTHING. I have had the maintenance man show up to my unit and they never told me why they were sending him! But that isn't that worst part, the part you should really know about is the fact that this whole building is infested with roaches and ants! I had my unit exterminated 3 times in... under 4 months, and I had to miss work each time. Plus this was all happening during the start of the Pandemic! Not like I had anywhere to go for 4 hours while I waited for my unit to be treated. I made sure I called the Housing Authority on this building and also filed a complaint with the health department since the roach issue is considered a health issue. And let me tell you, it is a health issue! I stopped cooking and eating my apt. I had to eat my food in my car because it was that bad. And when I put my notice in that I was moving out, the company who manages this building called me to beg me not to leave. But, when I told them why I was leaving, they start to yell at me asking why I never brought it to their attention. I told them that I asked the current Manager Mary to provide your contact info since you can't find it online anywhere and they refused! I cannot stress this enough. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE... WAY TOOO MANY ISSUES! Plus, you have to deal with that food truck and their customers that is parked out front all the time. Oh... and be ready for your cars to be broken into or damaged. Someone tried to steal my tires off my car and another car windshield was smashed in, since someone climbed on top of the car and fell on top of it. If u like to break your bank move in. Because of bugs roaches and bed bugs and leak related water shut off all te time, go for it. They are all about money repairs be damned. Staff is 2faced building has bandaids all over to hide funk.

The Woodley Towers' washing machines lack a gentle agitation mode.
They are woefully inadequate.
