Great starter apartment in SFV

My boyfriend and I got super lucky when we moved to LA 3 1/2 years ago and found this 1 bedroom apartment! Not only was it in our price range, but also a great location! With hardwood laminate floors, 2 free tandem parking spaces and a pool in the center of the complex, it was the perfect apartment to make the leap to LA life! Walking distance to the metro, pet friendly and beautifully landscaped with an awesome on-site manager! I knocked off 1 star for no dishwasher. We love this apartment and... are very lucky to have found it!
